    Newsday Publisher Celebrates A’Ibom Governor @ 60

    Newsday Newspaper publisher, Chief Edet Isong, has joined well-wishers worldwide to identify with the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, as he celebrates his 60th birthday anniversary.

    In his birthday message, Chief Isong expressed gratitude to Governor Eno for his administration’s commitment to the welfare of public servants in the state. 

    The Okete-Okete Oro highlighted the governor’s efforts in paying over N15 billion in pension and gratuities to retired primary school teachers and other civil servants.

    Chief Isong who is a Mokafa of Efut also commended the governor for reawarding the Nsit Atai-Okobo dualization road project, which is set to improve infrastructure and connectivity in the state.

    The Newsday publisher wished Governor Eno a happy 60th birthday and prayed for God’s continued grace and blessings upon him as he leads Akwa Ibom State to higher heights.
