    Hon Umar Bako hails Governor Zulum as he adds another year on earth

    A prominent indigene of Borno state, A Senior Technical Adviser to Governor Zulum,  an Environmental Management ad Disaster Management and  Development strategist, Hon Umaru Bako has joined other notable Nigerians to felicitate with the Executive Governor of Borno state, his excellency the Executive Governor Borno State Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum CON , Mni, fnse on his 55th Yesrs  birthday. He described him as epitome of selfless service,humility, and compassion. 

    Hon Bako emphasised in his birthday wishes to Governor Zulum that his excellency is people’s servant and icon of good governance who has turned around development from human capacity building to Infrastructural development that cuts across all spheres of life  including Agriculture,  Health care, Education, security,  Reconstruction, Resettlement of IDP’s ,transportation,interventions through constant distribution of food and non food palliatives and religious harmony. Hon. Umaru Bako prayed for longlife,sound health,unending blessings,biggest joy and satisfaction,sustainable of integrity,righteousness,credibility,quality leadership and accomplishment of desired goals aimed at moving Borno state forward he added.

    He concluded by praying for Allah’s protection for his excellency celebration in Allah’s 99 special names.ĺUmaru Bako hails Governor Zulum as he adds another year on earth….
