Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has promised to step in and resolve the ongoing matter between Ibom Air and Comfort Emmanson.
Governor Eno described Ibom Air as the pride and property of Akwa Ibom people, while affirming that Comfort is equally a daughter of the state. He emphasized that his administration will ensure justice and harmony prevail.
“Ibom Air belongs to Akwa Ibom State, and Comfort is our daughter. We will not allow issues like this to divide us. My duty is to ensure that fairness, peace, and justice are maintained,” the Governor assured.
He called for patience from both parties as the state government mediates to reach an amicable settlement.
The Governor’s intervention has been welcomed by community stakeholders, who expressed confidence that his fatherly approach will lead to a peaceful resolution.
