Intelligence report has indicated that most motorists violates the national mosque, Yahuza suya and the YarAdua centre one way routes from evening hours which has been causing accidents and obstruction.
The traffic evaluation intelligence roundtable through it findings reported to the appropriate channels. This development made the Area commander of federal Secretariat command of DRTS Yakubu Dekina to advise motorists to desist from such traffic violations as his team are stationed to apprehend any offender.
Mr. Yakubu emphasized that the Minister, Musa Muhammed Bello is desirous towards making every motorist comply with traffic rules and regulations within the city.
He said that since the inception of the incumbent DRTS director, alot of capacitation has been given to ensure free flow of traffic, public enlightenment on traffic matters and awareness.
“The federal Secretariat command according to him is too sensitive going by the presence of the Presidential villa National Assembly, Ministries, head of service,supreme court and other important agencies.As such,all hands must be on deck to enhance adherence to traffic provisions.”
