The Chairman of the Deidei J5 park, Mallam Umar Sarki Abubakar, is calling on the Inspector General of Police, DG of DSS and Commandant General of NSCDC, to assist the body in apprehending the culprits who drugged a driver and his conductor.

The driver extended a kind gesture to unknown passengers in Ilorin Kwara state, who approached the driver Sanusi Fada, that he should assist them, that they were en route to Kano, and they have only six thousand naira.
According to Mallam Umar Sarki Abubakar, the park chairman of DeiDei J5 bus drivers association, during an interaction with some media outfits, said the driver was trying to render support before landing into trouble.
“The river replied to the strange passengers that they were not going to Kano but Abuja. The two passengers said they would drop at Dikko junction. The journey began with the driver, his conductor, AbdulRasheed Nasiru, and the two passengers until the J5 bus got spoilt at Mokwa Niger state.
” The two passengers assisted when the vehicle was being fixed. Suddenly they went and bought four ccansbottles of coke,gave two to the driver and his conductor, unknowingly to the duo, the two passengers had put drugs in them.
“The conductor immediately drank his own. The journey continued after the repairs, instantly the conductor told the driver that he was feeling sleepy, and the driver told him to sleep. Later the driver drank part of it and lost his senses afterwards’, he said.
Mallam Abubakar,said the two unknown passengers carted away with 13 cartons, out of the total POS cartons, in the bus including supplements.
“Phones were also taken away. Police were alerted and the driver was taken to the hospital to get him recuperated. The bus was taken to the airport and contact got the rest of the goods delivered. The vehicle taken to the Police station at the airport”.
“The J5 union is a very responsible union that has over decades conveyed customers, and goods without such kind of occurrence. It has never happened and we are also going to engage on sensitization about security “, he said.
