11 university students died in an accident after bus hit a truck on a busy high away after gliding in heavy rain and left 42 with serious injuries. The bus was carrying a total of 58 people on an academic trip from Kenyatta university, to the coastal town Mombasa. The accident was said to have occurred on Monday at 5:50pm at Maungu, a distance from the capital Nairobi.
