The National Chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance Chief Edozie Njoku, has called on all APGA members and other Nigerians to restructure the party in the right direction as the general elections is around the corner.
He stated this while briefing Journalists in Abuja.
Chief Njoku in his statement also called on Victor Okoye to put down his sword and reclaimed his spot.
“Am appealing to the Governor of Anambra state to rise to the occasion and ensure that the APGA crisis is buried once and for all.If we do not end the tussle, we would have a serious problem starting from the House of Assembly and Senate”, he said.
Chief Njoku recalled that in 2021, members of APGA took him to court in Jigawa State where he was suspended as the National Chairman.
” Instantly INEC recognised my fellow colleague Victor Okeke, who has approached the court as the deputy National Southwest leader, and he was taken as the acting National Chairman pending end of my suspension.
“The case went up to the court of appeal which held same judgement as that of the Supreme court where the case of the suspension was dismissed by Saliawa and Lawal judgement.
He commended the media for not reacting accordingly, and emphasised that he did not forge any document from the Supreme court and that Chief Oyo is lieing.
According to the judgement Chief Victor Oyo was never part of the appeal from the high court and even the judge who handle the case, also corrected the trajectory error, where Njoku Edozie was replaced by Victor Oyo.
