    32 Projects. 12 Months. One Mission: To ARISE.

    Under the ARISE Agenda, our administration is delivering life-changing projects and people-centred empowerment to every corner of Akwa Ibom State.

    Within just one year, we have commissioned 32 landmark projects spanning healthcare, education, roads, security, tourism, and public infrastructure—while directly empowering tens of thousands of citizens.

    Below are some of the key achievements:

    HEALTHCARE & EMERGENCY SERVICES

    • Primary Health Centre, Nduo Eduo, Eket

    • General Hospital, Ukanafun

    • Model Primary Health Centre, Ikot Ekwere, Nsit Ubium

    • Model Primary Health Centre, Eyulor, Urue Offong Oruko

    • Akwa Ibom State Medical Oxygen Production Plant, Ituk Mbang

    • Akwa Ibom State Emergency Medical Services & Ambulance System (AKISEMSAS)

    • State Emergency Operations Centre, Uyo

    • Model Health Centre, Wellington Bassey Way, Uyo

    • Model Health Centre, Abiakana, Ika

    • Model Health Centre, Udung Uko

    • Ibom International Hospital

    • Upgraded Ikot Ekpene General Hospital

    • Public Health Emergency Operations Centre

    EDUCATION & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

    • St. Patrick Model Primary School, Nto Ide, Obot Akara

    • Model Primary School, Ikot Isong, Etinan

    • Model Primary School, Afaha Itam, Itu

    • Model Primary School, Okopedi Okobo, Okobo

    • Holy Child Convent Model Primary School, Abak

    • Model Primary School, Uko-Oyulkim, Oron

    • St. Ignatius Primary School, Ukana Iba, Essien Udim

    • Ibom Sports Academy, Eket

    ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE

    • 1.4 km Internal Roads, State Police Headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia

    • 15.13 km Ikot Esu – Otomo – Azumini Road, Ika

    • 1.5 km Internal Roads, Ikot Udom, Ika

    • 10.4 km Idoro – Ukpom Abak Road, Uyo/Abak LGAs

    • 14.2 km Ikot Ubo – Odot Road, Nsit Ubium/Nsit Atai LGAs

    • 23.25 km Ikot Elaide – Ikot Okoro – Ikot Ibritam Road, Oruk Anam

    • Over 1,000 km of roads completed or ongoing statewide

    TOURISM & PUBLIC AMENITIES

    • Remodelled Ibom Plaza, Uyo

    • ARISE Palm Resort

    • Upgraded Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort

    • Victor Attah International Airport elevated to full international status

    GRASSROOTS EMPOWERMENT

    Beyond infrastructure, we have directly empowered thousands of Akwa Ibom people through targeted grants, training, and equipment support:

    • ₦5 Million Farmers’ Grants – 43 beneficiaries

    • ₦1 Million Farmers’ Grants – 60 beneficiaries

    • ₦500,000 Farmers’ Grants – 696 beneficiaries

    • ₦250,000 Traders’ Grants – 464 beneficiaries

    • ₦450,000 Traders’ Grants – 696 beneficiaries

    • ₦750,000 IBOM-LED Grants – 121 beneficiaries

    • ₦1 Million Traders’ Grants – 201 beneficiaries

    • ₦50,000 Youth Grants – 29,618 beneficiaries

    • Equipment support to 976 entrepreneurs

    • DASAC training for 274 youths

    These are not just projects.

    They are clear evidence of our commitment to inclusive growth, human capacity development, and sustainable progress.
