It is pleasing to see the growing appreciation and admiration for Victor Attah International Airport, particularly among non-indigenes of Akwa Ibom State. I have watched several Facebook reels shared by travellers and visitors who have used the newly built international terminal since flight operations commenced.

Their testimonies clearly validate the significant investment Akwa Ibom State has made in redefining Nigeria’s aviation sector.

Victor Attah International Airport is an aviation masterpiece and a clear expression of purposeful and prudent leadership. I could not be prouder to be from Akwa Ibom State.

Given the political will demonstrated by His Excellency, Governor Umo Eno, PhD, to invest in infrastructure with visible economic value and long-term benefits for the state, we must do everything within our power to support his 2027 continuity agenda.
