    The Executive Chairman of Urue Offong/Oruko Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. (Amb.) Chief Uno Etim Uno, JP, on Thursday paid a heartfelt condolence visit to the Paramount Ruler of the Local Government, His Royal Majesty (Offong) Effiong Matthew Unanaonwi JP, over the painful loss of his beloved son, whose funeral is scheduled for today, Friday.

    Chief Uno, on behalf of the government and people of Urue Offong/Oruko, expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss, prayed for the peaceful repose of the departed soul, and sought divine strength for the bereaved royal family to bear the irreplaceable loss.

    Accompanying the Chairman on the visit were distinguished personalities, including Sir (Engr.) Edet Amana, OON, Ikpoto Oro; the Council Secretary, Mr. Amana Henshaw; serving Councillors, Supervisors, and other officials of the Local Government.
