The road to the general elections in Nigeria next year is on course. The paths are getting clearer, the horizon is bright, the electorate is ready and victory is certain for the All Progressives Congress (APC) especially in Akwa Ibom State.
The future of Nigeria is boldly prosperous especially with the ongoing reforms of President Bola Tinubu and the dividends of patience is yielding fruits positively in key sectors of our nation.
For Akwa Ibom State, the narrative of the next elections is unique, has a strong selling point knitly woven on the anchor of unity and progress enhancing the trajectory of sustainable development with the successful implementation of the ARISE Agenda of Governor Umo Eno and the fatherly wise counsel and partnership of our dear Senate President, Godswill Akpabio charting a strong integration from the Federal Government to the State.
It is the season of political re- engineering , the build up to the finish line that will ensure the APC breasts the tape of victory miles ahead of other Political Parties. This underscores the fact that the people are speaking with one voice, in unity for President Bola Tinubu, Godswill Akpabio and Umo Eno.
In Akwa Ibom State, there is a new political vehicle that will drive this successful transition towards 2027. The berthing of the foremost Socio- Political Group, the ARISE With Renewed Hope Initiative is a timely welcome development.
The presentation of the ARISE With Renewed Hope Initiative Group on Friday, January 9, 2026 to Governor Umo Eno formerly kick starts the frenzy of activities and a clear message that Akwa Ibom State shall stand on the mandates of our key leaders: President Bola Tinubu, Senator Godswill Akpabio and Governor Umo Eno along with other candidates at the polls.
The ARISE With Renewed Hope Initiative Group led by the President General, Engr. Uwem Okoko is composed of seasoned and renowned politicians in Akwa Ibom State with like minds united in building stronger trust, confidence with the electorate ahead of the elections.
For the records, it is the first Group that has formally been received by Governor Umo Eno, it is the official political structure of President Bola Tinubu, Senator Godswill Akpabio and Governor Umo Eno’s re election and this Group will be closely working in synergy with the APC and other Political structures in building one big and acceptable movement across the State.
The message is clear, the message is loud, the vision is seen, the train is moving and the journey to destination 2031 is on a higher gear.
His Excellency, Governor Umo Eno in adopting this Group as the foremost political structure for the campaigns, reiterated his resolve to build a legacy of unity that is ushering more development in the State.
He strongly affirmed that the ARISE With Renewed Hope Initiative Group will build a stronger political terrain for President Bola Tinubu, Senator Godswill Akpabio and himself while assuring that the message of this movement and political journey will be relayed accordingly .
For Engr. Uwem Okoko, the overwhelming support for President Tinubu’s re- election include the successful ongoing reforms, the confidence of a very close working relationship with our son, the performing Senate President, Godswill Akpabio and the dividends of this integration are seen in the development of key sectors in the State.
Engr. Okoko reaffirmed the utmost support of mobilising people for the electoral victory of Senator Godswill Akpabio and return in the tenth Senate as Senate President towards consolidating on the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu and the massive mobilisation for a man loved by his People, Governor Umo Eno for his second term.
In his remarks, the Chairman, Board of Trustees, ARISE With Renewed Hope Initiative, Sir Victor Antai assured that the present unity in Akwa Ibom State is a template for the APC in Akwa Ibom State.
He described the leaders in the Group as tested and trusted who will steer the political ideology of the electorate for a landslide victory.
The State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Akwa Ibom State, Obong Stephen Ntuekpo, a very hearty leader boldly declared that the Group will have a strong role to play in the Party during the campaigns, insisting that the APC will win every election at 2027 polls.
The International Coordinator of the Group, Rt. Hon. Udo Kierian further reaffirmed the unity course of Akwa Ibom State that has laid a foundation for progress and development.
Other members of the Board of Trustees include Prince Enobong Uwah, Secretary General, Sir Monday Uko, Prof Eno Ibanga, Dr. Saviour Enyiekere, while Rt. Hon. Otobong Bob is the Deputy President General, Mrs Eunice Thomas,Deputy President General,Emmanuel Amama, Secretary, Mkpisong Frank Archibong,Organising Secretary, Glory Edet, Woman Leader, Aniekan Umanah, Media alongside Coordinators including the Senatorial Districts including Eric Akpan, Anthony Luke, Aniekan Uko with other Directors and Deputies.
With the berthing of ARISE With Renewed Hope Initiative in Akwa Ibom State expectations are high, the movement towards achieving victory has started for the APC with a prosperous future.
