Dynamic Ambassadors of Peter Obi (DAPO) a support group for 2023 elections has called on all Nigerians to seek democratic change in the country through the leadership of Peter Obi.
The spokesperson of DAPO, Kenneth Okonkwo, a Nollywood actor made the disclosure while briefing Journalists in Abuja.
He added that Peter Obi is a revolutionary leader that wants to bring out the best in the life of the average Nigerian citizen.
The Veteran actor said the group is passionate about credible people leading the affairs of the country and decided to partner with the former Anambra state Governor as the choice of the people.
“Our support group wants to ensure that credible people come into power in the 2023 elections. We do not want it to be business as usual, we want the youth to participate in the elections and that is why I took up the role of the national spokesperson for DAPO. Peter Obi did a good job in Anambra state and introduced standard elections. He also followed the rule of law while in government, they impeached him purportedly and he went to court and won. This is the kind of leader that we need in Nigeria at the moment”. He added.
The renowned actor also urged all Nigerians to vote for the right candidate irrespective of their tribe or religion.
“The 2023 elections is an opportunity for the citizens to get a good result in the polity of the nation. It is usually said that a good market sells itself, and that is why we want all Nigerians to associate with our brand. We all need to do the right thing and win than to do the wrong thing and lose”.
